Our latest Annual Report for 2023/24 is now available to view. Despite the difficulties felt across our sector, there have been a number of highlights including handing over 251 homes in a single quarter, winning multiple awards and retaining our Customer Service Excellence accreditation.12
This year has also seen us make inroads on our journey to meeting our inclusion goals and we have been working with colleagues and customers to find out how we can create a place where everyone belongs.
Our strong performance has allowed us to invest £3.6 million into Torus Foundation, which will go towards supporting people with health and wellbeing, training and employment support, and access to financial support.
