Solidifying its longstanding partnership, which has already seen HMS work with heating manufacturer Vaillant for over 10 years, its highly skilled team of operatives can now carry repairs on behalf of Vaillant on all boilers still under their 5-year warranty.
Working to actively improve customer experience, this latest move will see HMS and Vaillant customers receive a seamless experience, ensuring all boiler repairs are completed as quickly and efficiently as possible, and repaired by a fully accredited, award-winning team.
Discussing this latest step in its partnership with Vaillant, Managing Director at HMS, Paul Worthington, said: “We’re thrilled to be approved by Vaillant to be delivering a complete repairs service to customers in the social housing market. As an organisation, we pride ourselves on our customer service and work tirelessly to ensure everyone we work with on a daily basis receives the quality service they deserve.
“This move will not only see all boilers repaired efficiently but inspected for flaws to prevent any further failures in the future, ultimately improving the longevity of the product, and the customer’s experience of both HMS and Vaillant.
“At HMS, we understand the importance of developing long-lasting relationships with manufacturers and this is the latest in a number of partnerships we’re incredibly proud of as we know it will benefit our customers and communities.”
Continuing, Jonathan Nisbet, Regional Business Manager at Vaillant, said: “HMS have been successfully using Vaillant products for years and we have always had a strong, reliable, and trustworthy relationship. Through Vaillant training, HMS can provide their customers with a quality product and service to help reduce cycle times.”
