Redeveloping and refurbishing the iconic Allerton Fire and Police Station, HMS will build 7 homes: 2 3-bedroom semi-detached and 2 3-bedroom and 3 4-bedroom townhouses in the former fire station, with all homes available via Shared Ownership.

HMS will also build a 40-unit independent living scheme for over 55s in the defunct police station. All apartments will be available via Affordable Rent.
