This project involves the regeneration of a disused brownfield site, and former corporation yard, into much-needed affordable homes in South Liverpool.
HMS will develop two 3 storey blocks of 27 one- and two-bed apartments The low-level scheme has been aesthetically designed to reflect the site’s industrial heritage. A key focus of the build is to create a shared connection between the two buildings in the form of high-quality outdoor spaces.
The upper level apartments will have balcony and terrace spaces, whilst the second floor apartments will have a unique appeal offered through eaves storage and skylight detailing.
