HMS undertook the development and construction of Notre Dame Catholic College and built 76 homes on site. Featuring 12 walk-up apartments, 12 apartments and a mix of two- and three-bedroom houses and bungalows – all available via Shared Ownership or Affordable Rent – the scheme is situated in North Liverpool with clear views of the iconic waterfront and Anfield and Goodison Park stadiums.

HMS took over the development of the former brownfield site, from contractor AGB Construction, after the organisation went into administration and the development was left partially complete.

A landmark project for HMS, Notre Dame marks the completion of the organisation's first large-scale building project and its contribution to the affordable housing market in the region.
