Regenerating the former site of the Railway Hotel in Earlestown, HMS demolished the derelict building and created 11 1-bedroom apartments and 4 2-bedroom apartments, all of which were available via Affordable Rent.
Erecting a high-quality, modern 3 storey apartment block, HMS’ latest new build scheme transformed the area and bolstered access to truly affordable housing in Newton-le-Willows.
