HMS' ninth new build development in St Helens, Somerset Street will see HMS build 40 new homes on site and regenerate brownfield land.
Consisting of 2 2-bedroom bungalows, 28 2-bedroom and 10 3-bedroom homes, all of which will be available via Affordable Rent and Rent to Buy, HMS will completely modernise the site and bring new, efficient homes to the area.
Collaborating with Torus, HMS has officially marked a new era for the site and will take a lead on a transforming it into a new community that will benefit future residents and the wider Parr area.
