HMS redeveloped a parcel of long-standing disused land and a neighbouring parcel of land following the demolition of 7 blocks of flats.

The new development offered a mix of homes, all for affordable rent, that more closely reflected local need in this particular area of St Helens.

HMS built 30 homes, including:

• 5 two bed bungalows
• 1 three bed bungalow
• 14 two bed houses
• 10 three bed houses

These new homes regenerated and improved the appearance of, what is, a very popular area and provided genuinely affordable homes for local people.
