The second site HMS has taken over following the collapse of Crossfield Construction, the team will complete The Vaults for Torus and build 64 1- and 2-bedroom apartments, all of which will be available via Rent to Buy.

Along with the residential apartments, HMS will also create a number of commercial units on the ground floor of the building.

Completing all internal works and a number of remedial and external works, HMS will transform the site and bring a number of high-quality, modern homes to central Liverpool.
